On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof areas are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

HexenburgbeiDresden: cool and stylish barrel sauna

Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 square meters of living space, separate entrance, and access to the Fasssauna, realized in collaboration between architect, interior designer, and furniture designer. All furniture is custom-made, kitchen worktop and breakfast bar in concrete/wood inlay/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel finish, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space available.

Feel-good Apartment Lösnitzgrund

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

Bungalow with pool and sauna for vacation & business

Only 5 km from the city center of Dresden, our apartment with garden, pool and sauna awaits you. The separate cottage is the perfectly furnished accommodation for vacation and business. The entire house is a non-smoking house. The house is located close to the center in the middle of a green single-family house settlement. The historic city center can be reached by bus (4 minutes' walk) or train (3 stops) in about 20 minutes.

Renovated in 2025 and sophisticatedly equipped, this non-smoking apartment is in a quiet rural location just 25-30 minutes from the Dresden Trade Fair and Dresden city center. Enjoy the village tranquility on the outskirts of Dresden and the Tharandt Forest. Small but fully equipped apartment in holiday home Börnchen on about 30 m² surface area. Bathroom and living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our holiday home is located in the center of the Easter Mountains. Renowned destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Sächsische Schweiz, Böhmische Schweiz, Seifen, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte and Prague e.t.c.)

Ferienhof Gräfe - "Kräuterstübchen" with pool & sauna

A cozy apartment in modern country style awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & dishwasher. In winter, you can make yourself comfortable on our kitchen bench in front of the fireplace. For a small extra charge, we provide a basket of firewood & lighter. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m double bed with down bedding, a small seating area and a flat screen.

Romantic living with flair at Pillnitz Castle

Directly on the idyllic Elbhang and opposite Schloß Pillnitz you will find our romantic apartment for 2 people. The historical charm of the former family cottage is evident through wooden beams, floorboards, and a lot of sandstone.

A wonderfully restored carriage house in a romantic vineyard setting. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, balcony and communal use of the swimming pool together with us over looking our vineyard with views to Meißen.
