Close by restaurants, music, movies and shows. Sleeps 2 comfortably on queen bed, and 2 additional on convertible couch from IKEA. Living area joins kitchen and is open to bedroom (see photos). We are within 20 minutes of most areas in Raleigh. The cottage has three rooms. 1. A combination living room/bedroom with a queen size bed. 2. A combination kitchenette/bedroom with a double bed. This is semi private with a curtain to pull separating the sleeping area from the kitchen area. 3. A full bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub.

Adorable fully furnished 1 BR apartment in Belvedere Park neighborhood. Walking distance from Lions Park and the greenway. Offers a private entry. The apartment is attached to the main house by a hallway with a door that locks from the main house. Furniture and appliances included: Queen size bed, sectional sofa, wood and glass coffee table, side tables, new LED TV with roku, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen ware (All as pictured). There is no laundry and no oven.
