Holiday rentals with a patio in Ratingen

It was straightforward and exactly what we needed for a night out. The apartment is very clean and for short stays it offers everything you need. There are two sleeping places, the large bed and a sleeping couch. If you want to use it, it is helpful to let Rina know so she can get it. Also very cozy!

Beautiful Airbnb with everything you need!

The stay was completely pleasant. The apartment was excellently clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need. The lovingly designed folder with all the relevant information was particularly helpful. Everything was well organized and easy to find. We highly recommend the property and would come back any time.

A great place to stay with supermarkets either opposite the apartment or within an easy 10 min walk. Accommodation is comfortable and spacious with views from the balcony. It was ideal for our family group of 4 adults and 2 children. Public transport was also easy with a U Bahn station located at the apartment building. We would certainly stay again.

Straightforward and pleasant communication and check-in. Kitchen well equipped, also coffee machine available, for example. Balcony with ashtray, bathroom with dermatologically compatible pH neutral shampoo/shower gel.

Very stylishly designed accommodation with everything you need for a short stay. For a longer stay, the kitchen might be too small, but that's perhaps also an individual thing, since I like to cook myself. Public transport is within walking distance, the way back to the apartment is a good calf workout if, like me, you come from the flat countryside. :) Communication was great. I had a few questions about the arrival in advance, which could all be clarified quickly and in good time, so that a relaxed arrival was possible. We traveled as a couple and felt very comfortable. We slept very well in the bed, it was very comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay in a nice, small basement apartment.

I stayed in the Airbnb apartment for the second time and I felt comfortable in the accommodation again. Unfortunately, there was a construction site directly in front of the apartment for my current stay, which Christiane had immediately pointed out to me. It was bearable, especially since I wasn't aware of it most of the time since I was out and about. Only during breakfast, the other time I was not on site. I'd love to come back!

Super nice hosts, helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is very nicely located and beautifully designed. I can only highly recommend a stay here. Certainly my "place to be address" for traveling to Düsseldorf.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

Super nice, large and modern furnished apartment with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment! Food and public transport connection as described in the description. Despite its central location, it is super quiet. However, it should be noted that the second bedroom can only be reached via a quite steep and narrow staircase, which can also be seen in the pictures, and therefore in my opinion is not suitable for mobile-limited and elderly people (however, the other bedroom is located on the first floor and is easy to reach). Host Daniela responds quickly to messages and answers all questions in a friendly and comprehensive manner. She was also able to give us some tips for exploring the city.😊

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
