The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

The 'Hart' of the Lake! Quaint & cozy waterfront lake house in the heart of Lake Hartwell. Quiet and tucked away street with very few cars (lots of deer), but only 10 minutes from historic downtown Hartwell. Kayaks and floats available for use. Fire pit, gas grill, and large wrap-around deck perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the sunset on our private dock. Great for a weekend retreat at the lake or an extended stay. 200 Mbps wifi, ample parking, boat rental and boat drop nearby.

The house is located just 20 minutes from both Clemson and Anderson and also just 5 minutes from Portman Marina. Kayaks do not come included with the house but can be rented if inquired about ahead of time. Come enjoy some nature, relaxation, and fun at the Lake Escape!

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Lydon Lake Lodge

Come stay at our cozy 900 square foot, 3 bedroom, 1 bath house conveniently located just minutes from Hartwell! You enjoy waking up to the serene treed lot and beautiful Lake Hartwell. Fill your day kayaking, swimming, fishing, hanging out on the dock and boating the 56,000 acres that Lake Hartwell has to offer! *Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm. We do not allow check-ins after 10pm*

The House on Oak Grove

Enjoy your time spent in this spacious and peaceful pet friendly space. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Ten easy miles to Clemson and 3 miles to SWU. Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
