My modern equipped apartment is centrally located - close to the old town (but still quiet) in a new building directly on the shore of Regen and Danube with a swimming beach at your doorstep The old town (Steinernen Brücke, Dom) can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The approx. 50 square meters, bright and spacious apartment is located in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality carpentry furniture. The beautiful old town of Landshut can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

Dear travelers, my place can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.

The 41 m² apartment with private entrance and access to the garden, is attached to the main house as an annex and is located in a quiet residential area with the city and shopping close by (nearest supermarket 200 meters). Close to excursions to the Danube Gorge, Altmühl Valley and Hundertwasser Tower. .

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
