The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality carpentry furniture. The beautiful old town of Landshut can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

Welcome to my central old town apartment (3rd floor without elevator). All attractions and everyday necessities are within walking distance. For loading/unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house for a short time!! PLEASE NOTE MY DIRECTIONS!! Parking, for example, in the underground car park at the theater (Bismarckplatz) is €14/day or free of charge 15 minutes walk.
