Our experience was amazing! I and my family love the stay. The house is very well taken care of, it was impeccably clean and organized. We were very welcome and felt at home from the very first moment. We recommend with eyes closed!

We had an amazing weekend at Marlon's house! The space is extremely cozy... The area at the back of the house seems to embrace you when you arrive. Comfort, beauty, plants, an ideal space to share that moment with the family. The arrival at the house was very smooth, the host gives you the information clearly and accurately. He also communicates well throughout the stay, responding quickly to any questions. It also has a catalog of very cool indications to help you in Praia Seca and surroundings. The house is very well equipped, with a freezer and refrigerator in the kitchen, pots and utensils, a water filter, a refrigerator and freezer in the outdoor area, as well as an incredible gourmet area (barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven). I just visited on fds and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that seems taken from a movie. Every detail was thought in very good taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, for those we imagine ourselves to live for many years. Simply passionate! The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to make better use of the pool space, which is also a delight.

The house gave us the feeling of going back to childhood, going to the beach house with the family... The yard is spacious, with a well-kept lawn. All rooms are spacious. The pool has a good depth, there are very useful outdoor bathrooms. The game room with pool, bingo, cards, dominoes... you won't want to leave! The hosts are extremely polite and helpful, thank you for all the kind gestures you have had with us... We went in 3 but the house supports much more than that, next to the house there is a large plot of land with beautiful horses, outside in the backyard of the house itself where it is possible to see different species of beautiful animals. I saw fireflies after years!! It gets quite cold at night, and the only recommendation I have is: Bring a thicker blanket if you feel very cold, as the blanket provided is thin and small, bring repellent and be happy!! We only have to thank you! We will definitely return and have already recommended it to our family and friends.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. SmartTV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only burners. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that remained was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a little dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Friendly and decisive host.

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful, in addition to leaving treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
