Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on a small closed gravel road in a quiet cottage area. Large, almost completely enclosed, undisturbed plot with sun all day. Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Guesthouse Refshalegården

Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
