The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.
