Really great place to stay for your vacation. It has beautiful balcony view and the beach is really close, and also the old town, close to restaurants and shops. The host is very supportive and the communication is easy. Will reccomend definately!

9 Tage Urlaub in einem wunderbaren kleinen Apartment mit einer wirklich großartigen Terrasse. Alles ist neu und freundlich und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Noch mehr aber hat uns Annas Herzlichkeit und all ihre kleinen (ess- und trinkbaren) Geschenke, die immer wieder vor unserer Türe lagen, beeindruckt. 1000 Dank nochmal dafür liebe Anna. Das Apartment ist gut erreichbar, mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe und fußläufig zum Strand und Ort. Am Strand kann man sich vor den meisten Tavernen kostenfrei auf die vorhandenen Liegen legen und den Tag genießen. Natürlich sollte man dann auch bei der jeweiligen Taverne etwas verzehren. Der Weg vom Strand zurück und auch vom Hafenbereich in Agia Galini zurück ist sicher für den ein oder die andere als etwas anstrengender zu bezeichnen, genauso, wie die 3 Etagen zu Annas Wohnung hinauf. Mit schweren Koffern eine Herausforderung:) Aber, damit kann man dann auch guten Gewissens in einer der vielen Tavernen gemütlich essen gehen!!

Even better than expected! The balcony overviewing a big and very vivid square is a number one. We enjoyed it in the mornings hidden from direct sun and evenings, even more, enjoying the atmosphere of sunset. There is a glimpse of sea on the left and a part of the city fortress on the right side of the view. The bedroom in the back gives peace for sleeping. Bathroom is spacious enough and very well equipped. Location is actually brutal. Easy walk to any point in the old town, still easily accessible by car with free parking options just few 100s meters away.

We've just had two wonderful weeks in Maro's apartment. Beautyful view over the sea and Rethymno from the large roof terrace where you can find sun or shade all day long. The apartment is very spacious and is equipped with everything you need. Katia was very helpful when we arrived late in the evening, and there was bread, butter, homemade jam, etc. in the fridge for next day's breakfast plus a bottle of water, a bottle of wine and of course raki :-) Katia also brought fresh fruit from the garden of Maro's parents during our stay. To everyone who wants to go to Rethymno: This place is worth every penny - rent it!

Excellent logement. Proche du centre-ville. Contient tout le nécessaire comme à la maison. Hôte réactif et soucieux de l'accueil des voyageurs.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé dans une résidence très bien entretenue, bien placé pour visites à pied la ville de Rethymnon, hôte facilitante et réactive. Dommage,la proximité de l’hôpital provoque quelques nuisances sonores.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Es war sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Besonders charmant fand ich die schöne Terasse und die nette Auswahl an Büchern in der Unterkunft. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, was uns allerdings nicht besonders störte, weil man mit einigen Dingen gut in das angrenzende Schlafzimmer ausweichen konnte. Einen Parkplatz hatten wir fast immer direkt vor der Unterkunft. Nur einmal war kein Parkplatz frei aber in der Umgebung gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Bis in die wunderschöne Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß etwa 15 - 20 min, man muss also schon etwas gut zu Fuß sein. Wir haben den Spaziergang nach dem phänomenalen Essen und Raki in der Stadt sehr genossen.

Very charming accommodation in the heart of Chania‘s historical center. 2 min away from the Venetian harbour.

Nettes Apartment, ca. 30 m zum (felsigen) "eigenen" Strand mit Liegestühlen. Sandstrand links vom Apartment ca. 50 m entfernt. Ruhige Umgebung, gute Tavernen in der Nähe, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vasili hat jederzeit schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, herzliche Begrüssung und Verabschiedung durch die Schwiegermutter - ein Obstkorb (eigene Orangen), Gebäck und eigener Honig stand bei Empfang bereit, Wasser (und 2 Bier !) waren im Kühlschrank. Wer gerne in einer ruhigen Umgebung Urlaub macht und keine Unterhaltungsangebote benötigt ist hier genau richtig.

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

Die Unterkunft von Giorgos entsprach exakt den in der Beschreibung angegeben Werten. Meine Freundin und ich waren rund 10 Tage da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war während unseres Urlaubes eine Baustelle unmittelbar vor der Tür. Der Lärm war laut und es gab viel Staub auf dem Balkon. Giorgos hat aber hervorragend und nett auf die Mängel reagiert und uns auch einen Preisnachlass von 20% angeboten. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und wir konnten die Situation schnell klären. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung reicht vollkommen für zwei Leute. Man kann den Strand und einige tolle Restaurants mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch von 7 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man zu zweit ist braucht man auch keine Spühlmaschine, deswegen haben wir das Fehlen dieser auch nicht gespürt. Für einen Einzel oder Pärchenurlaub kann ich diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen schönen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Christina. Lage: Das kleine Penthouse liegt ein paar Meter von der Promenade entfernt, dort sind schon Cafés, Bars und Restaurants zu finden. Das touristische Zentrum von Chania, also der alte Hafen und die Altstadt, sind rund 10 Minuten Fussweg entlang der Promenade entfernt. Eine schöne Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind buchstäblich um die Ecke gelegen. In der Straße selbst ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine Probleme, immer wieder einen parkplatz für unseren MIetwagen zu finden. Aufgrund der innerstädtischen Lage muss man mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse im Hintergrund rechnen - ist bei uns daheim auch nicht anders. Ausstattung: Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck von den Räumlichkeiten wieder, nur das Bett wirkt auf dem Foto kleiner, als es tatsächlich ist. Die Dachterresse ist natürlich der Knüller, mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Ansonsten haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben.

Мы проживали в данных апартаментах около 2 недель. Никос был очень дружелюбным, отзывчивым и гостеприимным хозяином! По прилету он организовал нам трансфер с аэропорта. Мы почувствовали себя долгожданными гостями! Квартира находится в 10 минутах от пляжа и 15 минутах от старого города , и полностью соответствует указанным фотографиям. При заселении нас ждали приветственные сладости и фрукты, что было очень приятно! Рядом есть многочисленные кафе, пекарни, супермаркеты и прочее. В каждой комнате установлен кондиционер, что очень важно при таком жарком климате. На балконе стоит гриль, но мы им не пользовались. Квартира чистая и места достаточно. При возникновении вопросов, Никос всегда был на связи и решал их очень быстро. Мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно в данных апартаментах. Очень рекомендуем данное жилье!

L’hôte a été arrangeante sur l’heure d’arrivée, elle a fait tout son possible pour qu’on ait le logement au plus tôt. Le logement a un balcon très agréable sans vis à vis. La décoration est très belle avec beaucoup de détails. En ce qui concerne la localisation, l’appartement se trouve au centre de Héraklion et est proche des transports et de la côte.

Excelente estadia, com check-in flexível a qualquer e estacionamento. É necessário carro, fica a 10minutos do centro de chania. Piscina impecável, espaço exterior muito bem aproveitado. Interior não é muito grande, mas excelente com todas as comodidades necessárias, ainda com miminhos que os donos deixaram. Sem dúvida recomendo a hospedagem!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful appartment. The facilities were excellent, and the location was great, with a short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. We also loved all of the extra little touches, including food and drink in the fridge and toys left out for our little boy. The communication was excellent throughout. We would thoroughly recommend these appartments and would definitely stay here again.

Despina was a very helpful and communicative host who responded to all questions very quickly. The apartment is situated in the hills with a view of the sea. Rethymno is an easy 10 minute car journey away. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening, on the patio next to the swimming pool, and watch the sunset and the sea. The private swimming pool is small but fine for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The kids liked it. The apartment is a good size and includes all the equipment you would find in your house (washing machine, oven, microwave, clothes iron...). This makes it very practical. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and a convenient base from which to explore the area around Rethymno.

Great family-run place in Crete. The food at the taverna is AMAZING, and there’s always a daily special which was the highlight of the menu. Huge apartment, ocean views, easy access to drive to several beaches in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the stunning outdoor space and private pool – we truly didn’t want to leave. Alexandros was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving us a selection of delicious local treats. We had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its position on a hill – it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s just a short drive to the charming town of Rethymno, which has plenty of great places to eat, shop, and explore. There are also supermarkets nearby if you’d rather cook and enjoy meals at the lovely villa. Do note that you’ll definitely need a car, as the villa is a bit uphill and not walkable from town – but the view and tranquility are well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We spent almost 2 months at the Menelaos and everything was good. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from the center ( ~ 15 minute walking). The place is simple, but it has everything you might need for a longer stay. The outdoor space is very nice, we enjoyed mostly the barbeque as we stayed during the winter, but the pool is definitely worth it during summer time. We both work remotely and never had issues with the internet. For us the place was perfect as you have everything you need at walking distance (gym, weekly farmers market, coffee shops and restaurants, veterinarian etc). Menelaos was available all the time for any question/issue that we had. Definitely recommend the place for longer or shorter stays.
