El vecindario es muy seguro, y tranquilo teniendo como fortaleza que nuestra casa está ubicada en el final de una calle cerrada, dónde no existe peligro de tráfico. Estamos ubicados en una zona privilegiada cerca de restaurantes; tiendas y negocios además de estar en la periferia de atracciones de interés para niños y adultos. Cozy micro-cabin in tiny house community on dead end street. 5 minute walk from Lakewood Amphitheater and Screen Gems studios. 10 minute ride from airport. Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.
