The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is also on a road which is very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a very good price for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is great, I've been on Airbnb for over 10 years and this apartment is one of the best I've booked during this time. Andrea is a super host, he has thought of everything and was always responsive to us. The place was really stocked with everything you could possibly need, even every little thing was there. Beautiful decor, top location, central and quiet, right on a canal. The terrace/balcony is a dream, through the large glazed sliding doors the border between the living room and the outdoor area disappears and you can relax comfortably on the sofa and enjoy the view. When we left, we had a pretty chat with Andrea, like with a good friend. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed in Fabio's house for three days and had a very good time. Fabio is friendly and helpful, the house has been delivered to us clean and tidy. The house is in a really strategic location, very close to the sea and downtown (but not too much). In a 30-minute walk you can reach Viale Ceccarini. The rooms are comfortable, both bathrooms have a shower, but only one on the bidet. The garage contains only one car, but there is a large free parking lot near the house. Compared to the amenities indicated on Airbnb, there is no dishwasher, but there is wifi. We had a great time and it was a nice holiday!

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Listing matching listing. The photos are recent and true. A smart TV for each room, as well as the air conditioning splits! Really tastefully renovated. Very comfortable beds and pillows! We had a good time (4 adults and a 3-year-old girl). We had a camping bed, but the sofa bed in one of the rooms would have gone well anyway. Large fridge for a week's shopping and a small kitchen that allows you to prepare lunches and dinners throughout your stay. We would recommend anyone to go with their eyes closed!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. We were two for a week in this fantastic accommodation and were very enthusiastic. With a lot of attention to detail, you immediately feel at home. Everything was very clean and super equipped. The outdoor area is also private and spacious. We felt completely comfortable here. The host Giovanni welcomed us warmly, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. He was always available and ready to answer any questions. We were greeted directly at the train station and escorted back to the train station on the day of departure. Everything was perfect and we would definitely choose this accommodation again!

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. Highly recommended.

Giuseppe was a very responsive host. His place was very tidy and had enough space for a family of five. The kitchen was fully functional except for the dishwasher which he mentioned earlier needed fixing. The beach isn’t too far of a drive away and we always found affordable parking along the streets. There are plenty of wonderful Italian restaurants nearby and on the beach. Giuseppe gave us his personal recommendations which were all great. There’s a bar nearby for a morning cappuccino and cornetto. And we appreciated having a washer and dryer on site for laundry needs with small children. Would definitely recommend to families! Rimini fun to explore, the beaches are beautiful with plenty of playgrounds and Italy in miniature is a great theme park less than 10minutes from the apartment.

Diego was a very pleasant and discreet host.. We felt very comfortable in the apartment for the extended weekend, the two-story apartment is very stylishly furnished and offers plenty of space, a great infrastructure and a beautiful view of the hills of the hinterland !)

In the studio apartment with a large terrace, the kitchen is essential for heating dishes and for breakfast support perfect for two people. Presented with a premium essential basket. Large bathroom with a large shower and a top jacuzzi. To be back for sure
