We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

Ours is a delightful 70 sqm apartment in Cannaregio, newly restored and composed as follows: Large living room with kitchen and living room, double bedroom and second bedroom, one bathroom. The building is historic and notified. The floors are entirely made of wood and the ceiling has exposed beams. The furniture is of quality and the amenities are complete, for a comfortable stay as if you were a local. The house is very warm and welcoming. The Fondamenta is full of life and trendy clubs.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment it's located in Venice, Cannaregio district, on the first floor of a typical Venetian building, in a nice and quiet area, only 15 minutes walking distance from the station and 10 minutes walking distance from Rialto bridge and main attractions. The famous Strada Nova it's 2 minutes away from the apartment. All the guests are required to pay the tourist tax at the check in - 5 euro per night per person. The tax is due for the first 5 nights of your stay.
