The living room has a 55" Roku TV that can easily be used for streaming all your favorites; Netflix, Hulu, Etc. Lots of parking plus 2 car garage.

Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

The bright living room features a SmartTV on a stand and comfortable seating arrangements, including a sofa and lounge chairs. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, illuminating a wooden coffee table atop a soft area rug. A ceiling fan provides additional air circulation.

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)
