Holiday rentals with a patio in Robbinsville

The loft is beautiful and SO clean. We often have allergy issues with airbnbs but not this trip! So clean. Absolutely love being right on the river stream, too. So peaceful.

Our hosts were very communicative and had a beautifully furnished place. It had all the basic amenities one would need and clear instructions for a smooth check in process. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

Everything about this home was perfect and matched description. The ONLY thing we didn’t realize was that it was at the top of a mountain with crazy windy roads to get to (at least for our toyota camry). It rained while we were there and almost spun out of some of the turns. Honestly it made our experience in the mountains fun. Other than that everything about the home was so cozy.

I love this very warm condo. It felt homey and was in a great location. I have no complaints. It was very clean!

Scott was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. we really enjoyed the condo and had plenty of space for 2 adults. Excellent location! Bed was very comfortable which was a huge bonus.

Our stay at Karen’s place was just what we were looking for. It was a great location and perfect for exploring Bryson City and the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and well-appointed!

Me and my sister stayed here for a weekend in Gatlinburg and it was great! Laurie was always quick to respond and everything ran smoothly. It’s also in a great location and we could quickly get to the strip. We really enjoyed the stay and it’s amazing for the price!!

Daniel and Anna were GREAT host. The home was clean, quite and a great location for motorcycle riding. We loved it and would love to go back.

Me and three friends trailered our bikes down to do the tail of the dragon. Joseph was quick to respond to our questions. The house is tucked away down a dirt road. He told us right away trailer would not work on his drive. We decided to park the trailer near the cemetery down the street. Do NOT attempt to take a trailer. We loved it because we kept our bikes in the garage. I had an issue with my bike and luckily he had tools laying around in the garage and I was able to fix it on the spot. Over great time. Air was super cold and it was a great view in the woods.

We absolutly loved Suzy's place. With any cabin in the woods, yes there are going to be ants. As long as your responsible with your food (don't leave it out, leave open food hanging around) you will be fine. This is not the place to go if you don't like bug or bees. for a Cabin in the woods, it was perfect! The lake front was BEAUTIFUL. Our last night there, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain. add the open windows and it was bliss! definitely considering making this a yearly trip! Thank you Suzy!

We were in the area with our kids for some music gigs, and Selena‘s place was in a great location for us! We played in several nearby towns, and Franklin as well, which is just a few minutes away. The scenery was absolutely beautiful with the Mountain View off of the deck, as well as the various goats and donkeys in the pasture right across the street. The house had everything we needed, and more! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone! Thank you, Selena, for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was beyond enjoyable. The house was so beautiful and the amenities were ideal for our stay. The fireplace kept us cozy and warm. My favorite amenity was the workout area just down the street. I worked out every morning and the equipment options kept me busy. The view from each room just gorgeous. We will absolutely be coming back. The area has great restaurant options in all directions and there is also a mountain hike to the highest elevation in GA where you can see multiple states from the top. It’s a great place for a couple get away or for a small family to enjoy the mountain air and small town feel.

My wife and I grew up in Sylva. We came home to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had several questions for Diane and she was wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent this property again. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

I was in Townsend for a week and this place was perfect and exactly as pictured. It was super clean and the hot tub was a nice treat. Like others have mentioned the driveway was a tad steep in places. I have a 2 wd jeep and slipped a bit but was never worried I wasn’t going to make it. Since I was there for a week, I cooked a lot and I’d say the cookwear was a little limited. It wasn’t a problem because I ended up grilling but just something to be aware of if you are doing a longer stay. The location of this place is also amazing. It’s tucked away from a lot of main rentals and it’s 5 minutes to town and 15 from the Smokey park entrance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is perfect for a trip to the mountains! I’ve stayed in this community several times and it has never disappointed me. Thanks for the stay!

This was a very last minute trip for my family and I. We literally booked it the day before check-in. Matt responded promptly and was so kind from the very beginning. His home was everything we expected and more. We have never been to the smokies before and with his clear concise directions and wonderful recommendations we were able to find his home quickly and were able to find restaurants and stores with ease. When it says mountain views it means, mountain views. We experienced beautiful sunsets, wildlife, watched fog roll over the mountains and got a great nights sleep!! The amenities were accurate to his description and the pools were so fun! We will definitely keep his beautiful place in mind if we ever visit again and we are so thankful for the memories made while in Gatlinburg. Thanks a bunch, Matt!!! Be Blessed.

A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

Laura was a great host! The condo was very nice with great amenities! It was close to the National Park and had great restaurants near by. My only suggestion is drive slow when going up the mountain lots of turns and steep. Scenic drive and peaceful location! We got to see 4 bears in our trip! Thank you for a great vacation!

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

Had a great time in the beautiful mountains. The place was cozy and had a great location just a minutes walk or drive from downtown Gatlinburg!

My wife, I and my mother returned to Gatlinburg this year for our 3rd Memorial Weekend in the Smokies. We came for a 3-day set of southern gospel music concerts being held at the convention center. This condo was perfect being as close as it is to the center and all the attractions along the main street through town. My family loved the condo; the layout, the decor, the cleanliness. It was perfect. So much so, that as soon as I finish this review, I will be looking for make reservations for next year's trip. My wife and I fell in love with the mattress on the queen bed. Thank you Razvan for providing the information about the mattress. We will be purchasing one this week. The accommodations were exactly as described and depicted in the pictures, to include a black bear walking through the property by the pool on Sunday morning.

Great stay! Walking distance to downtown which was helpful. Pool was also very nice.
