I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Richard’s house felt like home. It is easy to find and is located in a nice and quiet area of North Indianapolis. The guest room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable, and the bed was just right. Richard is the perfect host. I’d seize an opportunity to stay at his house again when/if my travels take me back to Indianapolis.

My family traveled to Indy to support my daughter who ran the 1/2 Marathon. This was a great location not too far from downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful. Henry is a super host. My grandsons, ages 6 and 2, loved the arcade room. The amenities were adorable with a Butler Bulldogs theme throughout. Henry put in a lot of thoughtfulness for his guests. On the day of checkout, we visited the Children’s Museum which was only a 7 minute drive from the house. We will definitely go back to the Dawg House. Our family felt right at home.

Natalie is a fantastic hostess and the property is exactly what we were looking for as a peaceful retreat. A high end kitchen and great relaxing space after a hectic day. Natalie communicated frequently and gave us all the information we needed before we booked, leading up to and during our stay. I look forward to staying at her property again in the future.

The house was newly updated, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with all of life’s necessities and then some. We absolutely love the place, and the hosts were super responsive and check in often. It is no wonder the place gets 5.0 ratings. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!
