There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The farm is an old family farm, which is close to Ribe, the Viking center, the Wadden Sea, Legoland and lovely Jutland nature. Here, generations have lived and cultivated a heathland that now stands as arable land and forest. Today, the farm is inhabited by Eva and Niels, the parrots, dogs, Icelandic horses, chickens and cats Alicia and Matrosky. The nature around the farm invites good walks and horseback rides. The garden is a great place for children, with plenty of space for playing on swings, basketball, and trampoline. The farm is organic.

The house is within walking distance to Jels Lake, where it is possible to swim, fish, sail and more. 0.7 miles away is the Royal Oak Golf Club and all the city's shopping and dining options are also within walking distance. Guests will have access to the entire home private covered patio, parking, and an enclosed fenced yard. The house is in a perfect central location for excursions in southern Denmark.

There are 6 km of fantastic nature along the dike (bike/walk) to Ribe center. Fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, and shelter may be used during stays.
