Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

The house is located right next to Bohusleden, Fontin's nature reserve (the mile trail), Trankärrsslingan, Marieberg's nature reserve and Göta Älv, with cycling distance to both Kungälv and Bohus Fortress and with Gothenburg, Marstrand, Svartedalen's nature reserve a bus ride away. Enjoy many hiking and biking trails, walk around in Old Kungälv's fantastically cozy neighborhood with cafés and shops.

Lakes are 10 minutes away by bike or by car. 2 bikes are available to borrow, if you need more it can be arranged.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Stay in the maid's room on an 18th century farm 20 minutes north of Gothenburg, close to nice nature experiences such as Bohusleden, Mareberget and Bohusfästning. also close to Lysegårdens Golf Club and Kungälv with nice shopping. Exciting historical environment, as the house was built by one of the directors of the East India Company. The accommodation is for 1 to 2 people. 160 cm bed, for pets contact the host.

With the roar of the waterfall and views of both forest and stream, this is a perfect place to relax or for a romantic weekend. After about 20 minutes by car, you can either hike in the Svartedalen nature reserve, swim in the sea or stroll in Gothenburg. There is also Lysegården golf course! Despite the secluded location, there is a Tempo shop and a pizzeria just 10 minutes' walk away. Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 100 extra/adult.
