The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We were very satisfied: the apartment was a "stone's throw" from the sea, we had a great view from the balcony to the sea, with a few steps you were in the shopping mile, the apartment was very clean, you could speak German with Cinzia - everything just worked out to be able to relax! I was there with my family for 1 week. The location is just great. The car is right outside the door in a private area. The beach is 40 meters away. Very clean, very friendly, quick response to questions. Due to the central location, you could go directly to the promenade. I would be happy to come back.

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip: if you are in Sottomarina for several days, we recommend that you rent a bike as a guest to easily get around the area.

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We were completely please with our stay! The apartment is very well maintained and clean, with a spacious terrace – especially practical when traveling with a dog. The location is simply unbeatable: only a few steps to the beach with reserved loungers, and also small grocery stores, bakeries and the long shopping street are within 1-2 minutes. Another plus is the underground parking space. Highly recommended - we will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is magnificent, the terrace simply great, the view is awesome. We immediately felt at home. Ugo and Graziella are very friendly and warm hosts, who are very attentive to their guests. The apartment is well equipped, it was also ideal for our little daughter (high chair, crib,...) Ugo was always available, even at night, when we had a false alarm in the stairwell and panicked quite a bit. The way to the beach is not far, and we also found the pool great for cooling off. Numerous shops (including grocery stores and bakeries) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for this beautiful week of VACATION!!! I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Jesolo!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation and equipped with all comforts. The fenced outdoor space is perfect for those with pets. The nearby sea and the possibility of seeing fallow deer, flamingos and other animals was very, very nice. very good location, between the quay and beach, between cute colored houses. quickly walk d to the beach, 15 min walk along water to Chioggia. With 1.5 hour boat trip, a day in Venice ( you will be there from 10.30 to 17.00) long enough for us. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Top spot!

Quiet, yet centrally located apartment in Chioggia-Sottomarina. Bus departure to Venice from Piazzale Europa in Sottomarina!

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

Everything was as shown in the pictures, including 2 loungers and umbrella on the beach. Bakeries and shopping facilities can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Elisabetta greeted us personally and showed and explained everything to us. Chilled drinks and a bottle of Prosecco were already waiting. There were, for example, dishwasher tablets/garbage bags/coffee powder/tea…. enough towels and even a bathrobe. Air conditioning and internet worked perfectly. Parking directly at the house, but the parking in and out was not quite as easy (VW Passat Kombi). Giorgio and Elisabetta were very easy to reach.

We had an incredibly lovely welcome from Chiara and also thanks to the great recommendations a great time in Italy. We can recommend it from the heart and will be happy to come back any time! :)
