We had a great vacation at Luciano's place. 1-2 minutes to the sea beach. Clean apartment. Great balcony to have a breakfast, sea view, quiet at evening/night. Planning to visit it again!

Had a wonderful stay despite a delay on our side. Roberto has responded flexibly. Were received and instructed by him. The apartment and location was like the description. Perfect.

This place was exactly what we were looking for and Stefano was a very helpful host. You couldn’t ask for a better location. You’re pretty much on the beach as soon as you walk out the front door and it includes a beach umbrella spot with 2 sunbeds. The apartment easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 kids and we all had a great time. Would be happy to stay here again!

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

We had a very nice stay! The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and ideally located - just a few steps from the beach. Beatrice was always friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

Super nice apartment with great views of the sea and very nice private pools as well as small fitness area. If you like to stay away from the hustle and bustle like us, this is the place for you. From here you can take great and very long beach walks. The Italian coffee maker also has a milk frother. The washing machine has an integrated dryer. We loved it.

We stayed there for a week. Two adults and 2 children (one year and 5 years). Perfect location to the beach, private beach, loungers always available, beautiful large pool, sun loungers always available, quiet location, everything clean, good tips for excursions (Venice), delicious products (sauces for pasta, wine and olive oil). Daily cleaning of the apartment and daily fresh towels if necessary. From our point of view, completely justified value for money. We would go back in a moment. Many thanks.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We were completely please with our stay! The apartment is very well maintained and clean, with a spacious terrace – especially practical when traveling with a dog. The location is simply unbeatable: only a few steps to the beach with reserved loungers, and also small grocery stores, bakeries and the long shopping street are within 1-2 minutes. Another plus is the underground parking space. Highly recommended - we will definitely come back!

We were guests at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

Great apartment with an amazing view of the sea. Pretty quiet and lots of restaurants and kiosk available nearby. It was very clean and spacious and the pool was great. The apartment comes with two sunbeds and two chairs and one umbrella at the pool area. (If you rent it at the beach it’s around 25€ per pair of sunbeds).

The apartment is ideally located, just steps from the beach and near shops offering fresh fish. A boat to Venice is a quick 5-minute drive away. The apartment features modern, high-quality furnishings and tasteful decor, meeting all our needs during our 4-day stay as a family of four with boys aged 9 and 14. The gated parking is spacious and secure, making it an excellent choice for those traveling by car. Highly recommend this place!

We were looking for accommodation near Venice and not far from the sea, and we found just the right thing with this neighborhood. It is quietly located, but you can easily drive to the wide and beautiful beach in 5 minutes, and to the vaporetto pier in 10 minutes. From there, you can reach Venice and Burano in half an hour. Several supermarkets are also just a few minutes away. The small holiday home is newly built, with good kitchen equipment and a covered terrace. The two sweet cats of the landlady visited us regularly and were very happy to be petted.

Thank you for a great time. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto station, which can take you anywhere. Also within walking distance is a beautiful embankment with many restaurants, in 15 minutes you can walk to the city center. The accommodation is excellent, the kitchen has everything you need. Also, the stavri on the windows add a special charm to the apartment;)

My family and I were now at Chiara's for the second time and we were thrilled again. We had a wonderful time there. The accommodation is ideal because the sea and the beach are within walking distance, as well as restaurants, a small supermarket or the ice cream shop. The apartment offers everything you need for daily life, now even luxury with a dishwasher :-) Chiara has repeatedly welcomed us warmly and is there with advice if you need something. This was not our last visit to her!

Everything was as shown in the pictures, including 2 loungers and umbrella on the beach. Bakeries and shopping facilities can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Elisabetta greeted us personally and showed and explained everything to us. Chilled drinks and a bottle of Prosecco were already waiting. There were, for example, dishwasher tablets/garbage bags/coffee powder/tea…. enough towels and even a bathrobe. Air conditioning and internet worked perfectly. Parking directly at the house, but the parking in and out was not quite as easy (VW Passat Kombi). Giorgio and Elisabetta were very easy to reach.

We were there for 12 days. The apartment was great for that. Although the apartment is on a street, it is quiet. The proximity to the beach (10 min walk), two bakeries in the immediate vicinity and a supermarket next door are perfect. The apartment has two air conditioners for the hallway (thus cooling all adjacent rooms) and the master bedroom. Thus, the rooms have a cool and pleasant temperature even in the middle of summer and you are happy when you open the apartment door and enter the apartment. Sottomarina seems to be a popular place for locals. Despite summer vacations in Germany, we met very few German-speaking people. On a trip to Chioggia, you notice that significantly more German is spoken. Chioggia is also within walking distance and a nice little town.

The apartment is located in the center next to the beach, so it is perfect for a relaxing vacation without having to take public transport or a car. I think it's the best apartment in the area in terms of comfort, price, and location.
