Im Aussenbereich hat es eine grosse Terrasse mit Sonnensegel, Lounge, Gasgrill, Liegemöglichkeiten, Pool mit 3.60 Durchmesser und Hollywoodschaukel. Mitbenutzung des kleinen Fitnessraum und Volleyball-/ Boccia-/ Federballfeld. Ein gedeckter, schattiger Carport befindet sich am Haus. Eigene Zufahrt zum Haus.
