On the west coast of Tjörn, you will find this two-story house with proximity to saltwater swimming. The house is next to our house. Upstairs: a double bed, sofa bed, single bed and a junior bed. Bed linens and towels are not included. Downstairs, a double bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV. Tjörn has many sights and beautiful small islands to visit. The house is close to a well-stocked grocery store with, among other things, a fish shop, as well as a pharmacy, STC and health center. It is 50 kilometers to Gothenburg where you can also take the bus. Welcome!

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, located on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Bathrobe distance to newly-renovated sauna and to saltwater swimming at the jetty a little bit below the house. Röreviken is a child-friendly and popular area close to Stenungsund, just 5 minutes from the house.

I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
