Wir vermieten die modern ausgestattete 84m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit 4 Zimmern und 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten (+ 1 Kinderbett) in unserem Haus am Stadtrand der Hansestadt Rostock. Krummendorf ist ein kleines und schön gelegenes Dorf und gehört zur Stadt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen die Oldendorfer Tannen (ein kleines Waldstück) und direkt anschließend die Warnow. Die Stadtmitte und Warnemünde sind schnell zu erreichen. PKW Stellplatz und Grillmöglichkeit (Zelt) sind vorhanden.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Linden Park. University, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.
