Holiday rentals with a patio in Rothbury

Anjumunara’s place is very well located to quick and easy access to Newcastle City Centre both by car and Metro, and also the A1 and A69 for access to the wider Northumberland area. On arrival check in was easy, and having off street parking right outside the annex was excellent. We experienced no noise at all during our stay and the area is very quiet. Everything inside was as described and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need and we found the bed very comfy. We enjoyed a lovely stay in Newcastle thanks to Anjumunara’s place.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

Sara, a warm and lovely lady, hosted me for a long weekend. The garden room has a nice modern design — clean, tidy, and with a great shower. Strongly recommend booking her place if you’re planning to explore Hadrian’s Wall or the surrounding area!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in June's apartment. It was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the town and in particular Jedburgh Abbey. We took the circular walk from the Alltrails App. Beautiful scenery and views.

Had a lovely weeks stay. The flat was lovely and homely, very well equipped, extremely comfortable bed and very clean. Good recommendations from Host of places to visit which was useful. Brilliant to have off road parking and be able to walk into Tynemouth. Will most certainly be back. Thank you

Miriam is an excellent host! She was so helpful with recommendations on the local area and how to get around. Her apartment was spotless, looked just like the photos and felt so at home. She replied to messages so quickly and did all she could to help. When we come to Newcastle again Miriam and her apartment will be the first place we look for ☺️

Great place to stay for a few days while working in Cramlington. The welcome goodies on arrival were a very nice surprise.

The barn was beautiful and full of little touches. Pam was an excellent host and was very friendly. She even baked us shortbread whilst we were there! We loved the peace and quiet yet we could get to Alnwick within 10 minutes. A fantastic break. Pam has put together a folder with recommendations for food and drink and this was especially useful. Would love to stay again.

What a fantastic find to base ourselves. Close to amenities and an easy walk into town. We are regular visitors to Northumberland and would love to return. Communication with Paul was fab and check in easy. House was lovely, comfortable and clean. My only negative is would love a vacuum cleaner to be available as the owner of two dogs we like to vacuum on a daily basis to make sure we leave the place as spotless as we find it. Would definitely love to return.

Fantastic place - one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Immaculately presented and in a quiet farm location adjacent to some woodlands which were great for walking. Perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing and peaceful break. Jane was a fantastic host who responded quickly to our messages. The welcome pack and information supplied for visitors were excellent.

The cottage is delightful, very clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. The location was great, a short walk to the city and we loved climbing the hill back to the cottage. There is a Sainsbury’s mini market within walking distance. Wendy was a great host and answered our questions promptly.

This was our second stay at the house and it was just as excellent as the first time round! Really spacious, beautiful decor and a wonderful welcoming host. It's also perfectly located for exploring Northumberland. Looking forward to booking with Stuart again soon!

Beautiful location and lovely, comfortable accommodation. Lots to see and do with amazing sandy beach within 10 minutes walk. Would highly recommended if you are visiting this lovely part of the world.

Lovely town, beautiful walks on the doorstep, plenty of food options, Mary gave great instructions and recommendations and the apartment was just as it is in the photographs, everything worked and well stocked kitchen. Lovely clean and well presented accommodating including a well stocked biscuit tin. Kitchen was very clean and as was the rest of the flat and the flat and the walk-in shower/bathroom was very easy as was the shower, with great water pressure. Finally, all within a stones throw of a host of restaurants.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

The Waiting Rooms was a delightful place to stay- spacious, comfortable, homely and well appointed. Its location was perfect for exploring Northumberland with shops, restaurants and parks close by. Richard was a wonderful host, welcoming us on arrival and providing us with great suggestions. When there was a minor issue, he came over to help immediately and nothing was any trouble. He was a pleasure to deal with.

We have just got home from an amazing week in the cottage. We loved everything about the place, location and will definitely be back! We spent the majority of our time out and about and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a relaxing and calming home. What a find, we stayed for 3 nights, absolutely loved studio at no.1, everything about it.. spotlessly clean, well thought out, the outside area, the kitchen is brilliant! The location is perfect, 5 mins to Melrose centre, had a couple of really good meals at Burts Hotel, the monkfish samosa starter was delicious, and The Kings Arms.. both were lovely. Would definitely stay here again, so many golf courses to choose from too 😊
