Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

This family home is located in central Brittany at the foot of the Black Mountains. The house is in a hamlet of 2 houses, yours and that of the owners. If you love the countryside, you can leave the house on foot or by bike to explore the countryside by taking the many hiking trails. Sea lovers, the nearest beach is located 40 minutes from your house. The central position of the house will allow you to radiate throughout Brittany.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!
