Monthly Rentals in Royal Oak

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. I couldn’t agree more with all the wonderful reviews. I hope to use it again in the future. Trina was a great host.

The place was fantastic. Her directions with pictures made it really easy to find. Check-in was super easy. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. And very quiet. She was extremely responsive. Check out was a breeze. Didn’t make the guest do tons of cleaning. Can’t wait to stay there again soon. was absolutely perfect.

I made this my home for almost 5 months, by far my longest Airbnb stay. I'm very pleased with my selection of Mike and Lauren's rental. The location is excellent, as mentioned in the listing. Royal Oak is a nice area, and an easy drive to the rest of Detroit. This property is a few minute walk to the main area in Royal Oak and it's many restaurants and the Bamboo co-working space. The home itself is nicely designed with all the features you'd generally want for a long term stay. The decor was retro and the photos were accurate. The laundry room was a nice touch and well used during a long stay. The owners were helpful, communicative and easy to work with. When there was work being done on the home or being done in the area, they notified me in advance and kept me in the updated. It was never a problem. I'm sure they would have been responsive had there been any issues, but in my five month stay, not a single problem arose within the home. Recommend & would stay again.

I think Alexa is a wonderful host. Check-in was very simple with clear instructions. I like how the apartment is in a private, and quiet area. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed my stay here.
