Tremendously clean very well landscaped grounds beautiful will stay again soon

We had a long-term stay at a PMI property on South Broad that was wonderful from start to finish. Plenty of wonderful restaurants in walking distance, a Publix within walking distance, the Riverwalk within walking distance, and just a great place to go for a walk in general. I work from home and my girlfriend is studying for her doctorate, and this property was a Great place for remote workers, travelling students, Or even someone just passing through town. The staff is super helpful and responsive, and access was super easy and convenient. This place has everything you need, and it was a great deal price-wise.

Stop scrolling and remove every other spot in your favorites. This place is all you need. Trust me. I’m a stickler for quality, and Bianca exceeded my expectations to the point where I’m convinced she has a Ph.D. in hospitality. Every detail is so intentional and beautifully curated. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. The photos don’t do it justice. From vintage decor to Prince tributes, it feels like a warm hug from a simpler time. Bianca’s thoughtfulness goes beyond aesthetics. Yoga mats, umbrellas, local recommendations—she’s thought of everything. Outside, you’re walking distance from hidden-gem restaurants and a short drive to beautiful mountain views. This stay is pure magic. Just hit reserve and experience it for yourself. The Little House On The Hill was perfect for our weekend vacation! Super close to Ruby Falls and Rock City! Very cozy home and had the perfect room for our kids, they loved the bunk beds! The front porch was perfect to sit on and have a cup of coffee in the mornings or my afternoon pick me up😊 We'll definitely be back the next time we come to Chattanooga!
