Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

The cosily furnished, friendly apartment consists of a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub and toilet. You have a great connection to public transport, the nearest subway station to the center is only 7 minutes by foot, you can reach the center in 10 minutes by subway, only one subway station to the airport. You live in a traffic-calmed zone and look into the green from your bathroom and kitchen. Free parking available in the street.

The fully equipped 2-room apartment in Röthenbach/Pegnitz is located 12 km east of Nuremberg. The S-Bahn stop Röthenbach-Steinberg is within walking distance and is in about 18 minutes to Nuremberg Central Station. The apartment is very quiet and yet close to the city center. In a few minutes you can walk to all the shops for everyday use, as well as numerous restaurants. Parking is available in front of the house. The outdoor swimming pool in Pegnitzgrund is right nearby.

All rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The whole apartment is very bright, quiet and is great for relaxing or working. The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.
