Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ryedale District

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tracy was really good at responding and nothing too much trouble. She had left some bits for us as we were late checking in which we had notified in advance. Great place to be. Thank you.

It is a stunning cottage and we would have loved to stay longer than just a weekend! The place is cosy, spacious and has beautiful views of the countryside. The host, Virginia was very thoughtful, friendly and helpful on checking and throughout the stay.

A lovely little house with everything you could need provided, perfect for our trip. Even comes with a friendly and helpful next door neighbour. The village is small and walkable with a great fish & chip shop and the beach just a few minutes walk away. For us it was an excellent location as a base to visit family and places nearby.

Lovely home, it was a home away from home. The small touches, like providing tea, coffee, bread, milk, biscuits, cereals, snacks etc was extremely thoughtful. Short 10 min drive into York city centre, so great location. Its a shame we only stayed for 1 night, would definitely stay again and also recommend to others.

Juliet’s place is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful, beautiful and very easy to get to Ilkley and surrounding areas! Juliet and her husband have been amazing always making sure I’ve got everything I need. Very knowledgeable and friendly made me feel very welcome and at home. I’ll definitely go back next year and hopefully they will host me again Thank you both

Such a lovely home and the bath tub was amazing! Steep steps to bedroom and strange that bathroom was renovated but the ceiling wasn’t painted. Kitchen was well designed and had everything we needed. Great to have laundry after travelling for so long but wish they had left a few detergent pods. By the time we arrived, stores were closed and so we went to store early the next day and bought some, we only had time to do one load. Would stay again.

Lovely clean property , well equipped, good bathroom and shower. Fresh bedding and towels. Good wifi access and lots of info about Scarborough available. We had a great weekend attending a family celebration. The only thing to bear in mind is that there are two lots of steps up into the property and the roads around are very steep for anyone with mobility issues. The views over Scarborough and the castle are lovely.

This is a great space, really well located. We were here for work and the walk to the train station through the park and alongside the river was very pleasant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it

What a little gem. The photos don’t do it justice. This was the perfect location for our visits to the races at market rasen, Lincoln and the coast. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly and while they were next door, the Airbnb still felt private. The bathroom is spotless and spacious, the little kitchen area had everything we needed and the welcome pack of breakfast items was really welcome. We loved the bedroom/living area. Such a comfy bed and much more space than we expected. The most wonderful surprise was the stunning garden which we could sit in and enjoy. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely space, the flat was ideal for us and very well described in the listing. It is in a peaceful area in north Leeds, and suited us well as we could walk to meet our family. Patrick was a very responsive host, who communicated well, and left clear instructions in the flat. The space is clutter free and modern, and it was nice to have supplies in the fridge.

Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

Entering through a rather modest door right off the street we found Andrea's flat to be spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. As previous reviews the bedroom at the rear of the property is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep in the huge comfy bed. The kitchen is modern, well equipped with several nice touches left for us to get our stay started. The shower gives a good hot flow, much better than the puny electric ones in most properties. We are really pleased to have found Andrea's flat and as we visit York at least once a year we hope to stay again.

This is my second stay here. I cannot fault anything about the apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, everything is exceptionally clean and there is plenty of hot water. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to Harrogate town centre and all the restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved my stay here. The accommodation was clean and the photos resemble what the accommodation is like. The accommodation is in a peaceful area and I loved seeing the deer first thing in the morning. Graham gave excellent instructions as to how to get to the accommodation but was able to figure this out pretty easily by looking at the satellite feature on Google maps. Graham is really friendly and it is clear that they are passionate about the area that they live in. The breakfast spread is on another level of greatness! The fresh eggs are delicious! I hope to be back soon, it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

Lovely place, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and lot's of extras too. Very comfortable and friendly helpful hosts.

Helen's ground floor apartment was clean, comfortable and tidy. The beds and bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of storage. The location was perfect for walking to all the restaurants and attractions in the city as parking could get very expensive. All in all, we had a marvelous time in York and in particular, staying at Helen's apartment.

Andy home was immaculate and Andy has been very thorough in making sure that his guests are well catered for, providing a really wide range of teas, coffees and cereals. The bed was really comfortable and there were different heights of pillows to choose from and extra blankets. There was good hanging space for clothes, with plenty of coat hangers. I was impressed by Andy’s helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Andy’s Airbnb for a really comfortable sleep at a great price.

George & Christine were excellent hosts and provided a lovely breakfast with so much choice. They have a lovely bungalow in a quiet setting with a beautiful garden, and we loved watching all the birds on the feeders. George gave us ideas on places to visit, which was really helpful. Being out of the town, it was easy to get to many places of interest. Will recommend to any friends wanting to stay in Whitby. Thank you so much.

Very welcoming people, they offer to give us a lift in and out of town, each was much appreciate. amazing full of character little cottage room, very clean and tidy place.

Richard is an amazing host. As soon as we arrived he offered us a welcomed cup of tea. We sat in the beautiful garden chatting easily with Richard and Neil…like old friends. The accommodation was lovely…so tastefully decorated! The room is very private and quiet…overlooking the garden. Breakfast was enjoyed in the bright sun room. Richard makes delicious coffee. We wish we could have stayed longer. An absolute gem. Highly recommend Bow View!

We had a really wonderful stay at the West Royd B&B. Lovely room with all the facilities we would need. Phil was a kind and helpful host, and it was the perfect location to explore the Cleveland Way Coast Path and Robin Hood’s Bay itself. Whenever we’re back in the area I am sure we will stay here again!

Mandy is a wonderful host. She is very friendly and has time for a chat. I stayed in the single room during my travels by car through the UK. Pub nearby with vegan meal option. The area is absolutely wonderful for hiking and nature lovers.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. Thank you Elwes family 🩷
