We had a wonderful stay! The property was delightful with many outstanding features. Very nicely equipped too and the beds so comfortable. Stunning views and space around was perfect. The hosts were excellent...very informative, alwayszavailable and extremely friendly. We'd definitely like to stay here again. The young children loved it too.

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

My partner and I can’t even begin to put into words how blown away we were with our stay. We stayed over for our wedding weekend, and Tracey immediately started it off strong with balloons, card, and a bottle of bubbly. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It is well decorated - a nice mix of rustic and modern decor - with a gorgeous view of the countryside. All rooms were spacious and comfortable, and made us feel right at home. Tracey was extremely easy to communicate with and ensured that our stay was perfect. We will 100% be staying again in the future, and we urge anyone that wants to book here to do it!

The location was 10/10 - next to the train station. The home had everything we needed, all the kitchen appliances and everything you’d need for a short stay. The outdoor area is so so lovely, the flowers and greenery make it very relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic!

We are a group of 6 schoolfriends that chose Steve and Gemma's place for our annual reunion and we absolutely loved our stay. Beautifully furnished and luxurious spaces. The paddock is home to their brood of alpacas, llamas, geese, chickens, giant rabbit and last but not least, gorgeous George the peacock. We enjoyed a day out in York, but honestly, the highlights of the weekend, we're all based around our accommodation. Thank you Steve and Gemma for the warmest of welcomes, flexibility, invitation to help feed the animals - which was such fun - the relaxing Sound Bath experience (sorry about the fit of giggles!) and the lovely hot tub and BBQ area - the glorious weather was a bonus. Oh and the goose eggs! Thank you! We enjoyed a proper besties catch up in the loveliest of surroundings. I'm sure we'll return sometime soon! x

Great house for large groups. Group loved staying in the house, they would normally book into a hotel, but due to availability they needed an alternative, so we booked the house plus provisions for breakfast. They have now been converted and want to do the same next year.

A Stunning property in a beautiful location right on Bridlington beach front. As a family of 10, there was nothing that the Property didn’t have to cater for us all. 5 bedrooms, 3 en suite. A beautiful kitchen with a table that sat every one of us which was nice every night for dinner. With so many pots pans dishes cutlery cooking utensils. It had everything and more. A 20/25 minute walk along the gorgeous clean promenade in to Bridlington with its many many cafes and restaurants, seaside arcades, donuts, ice cream, train rides and even a fair The beach is also extremely clean with the RNLI very close and monitoring at all times. although we only had a 2/4 days of no rain, it didn’t keep us from here of a night time for a lovely warm stroll I would 💯 recommend anyone stays here and will definitely be back

We had an unforgettable and special stay at this beautiful house. The sunny woodland walks among the snowdrops and around the lake were a delight, and we spotted all sorts of wildlife. Our dogs had a great time running and playing in the open field, and the small children (and big kids) in our party absolutely loved the play area, tennis court, and swimming pool… but the highlight of their stay was the hot tub! Meeting our host, Robert (and his little one), was lovely too. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality time together in this lovely historic setting — it’s a rare gem. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! The little ones are already asking when we can return to the big house — we hope to come again soon!

This a lovely cosy, quirky little home. It is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and thought Julia the host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We will absolutely return.

Had a great stay here, the property is just as described and as shown in pics Hot tub is a great touch! Would definitely recommend here for a peaceful relaxing stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! As a couple and large dog, we felt very secure and relaxed. The wood fired hot tub was fantastic, and the edition’s sauna was a fantastic bonus. Lots of great walking routes within a short drive away, too. The finishing touches like the welcome paper a guidebook show real care and consideration for their guests. We’d love to come back!
