Modern, spacious and fully equipped basement in-law with separate access and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Alster river and hiking trail are within walking distance. The Alstertale shopping center can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Norbert Schmidt Airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes, by public transport in about 30 minutes. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking right in front of the house.

Located in between the Alster lake and central station, this 3 room apartment is the perfect base for a trip to Hamburg. Schauspielhaus (theatre) and Lange Reihe (shops and restaurants) are only a few meters away. Built in 1900, the 70 sqm flat features a beautiful old wooden floor and high ceilings, a bath tub, central heating and even a tiny balcony with sunshine in the morning. The place is ideal for solo or business traveler. For couples only if comfortable with the 140x200 bed size.

The apartment is only a 6-minute walk from the main train station and offers plenty of space with 165 square meters of living space and a 40 square meter balcony. The apartment is only 5 minutes away from the airport by taxi. The house entrance is opposite the departure stop from the bus, corner of Heisterkamp and Lentersweg. The room is quiet. The stop is across the street. The U1 is 15 minutes walk. Bus 172 also stops there, which runs to the end of the line. Penny is opposite. The supermarket is open from Mon - Sat 7 am to 10 pm The City of Hamburg charges a bed tax, 1.20 euros per night. To be paid in cash upon arrival.
