Loft in St Pauli, bright, flooded with light. A large room approx. 90 sqm, open kitchen , dining area, separate sleeping area with double bed, bathroom shower/full bathroom The apartment is located in St Pauli, directly between the ski jump and the Reeperbahn, next to countless bars, pubs and restaurants. 3 min walk to the Reeperbahn, 5 min to the Schanzenviertel. This is where life takes place, it is a perfect location to explore Hamburg. The loft is located in the back house, therefore, despite the location, very quiet.

Since I am currently traveling a lot, I am offering my NON-SMOKING apartment in a central location in the popular district of Eimsbüttel. The bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room with a workspace provide everything needed for a comfortable stay or productive work. The location is ideal: cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries are within walking distance. The subway is just a 3-minute walk away, and the main train station can be reached in about 12 minutes.

The area offers charming streets, the lively Grindel district with cozy cafés, great restaurants, and quaint bookshops – perfect for exploring and enjoying.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

A 44-square-meter apartment with shower room and kitchenette. It is bright and friendly and centrally located between St. Pauli, Ottensen and the Sternschanze. The fish market and Elbe ferry, Altona train station and the Große Bergstrasse with many shopping opportunities are close by. Bus and train are easily accessible on foot.

Fantastic studio apartment with garden view
Newly refurbished and completely newly equipped. Beautiful half-timbered walls complete the interior design. Through the window you have a view of the green garden with old trees and the middle of Altona. The shower tray has a low ceiling and due to the age of the building, you can sometimes hear the heating pipes "knocking".
