We really enjoyed our visit. The place was accurately described as it was presented in the itinerary. Would definitely love to come and stay again!

If you like a property that is unique, with lots of amenities in a setting that is beautiful and quiet, this is the place!

The hosts helped me with any and all of my questions! I got in late, and David was right there to show me around and tell me about the guest house and amenities. All around wholesome and happy people! The space was incredible, one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in and it came without the high cost! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be staying here. Thanks again guys!

Our stay was amazing! David was very accommodating with our early check in, gave us some great tips about the area, and their guesthouse was everything pictured and more! Great stay! Everything was as expected. Jimmy was one call or text away in regards to questions. I definitely plan on staying here when I visit Atlanta. Worth the buck!

My family and I loved the home. It was a very clean, quiet, and peaceful home. Jimmy is so kind and responds fast. The master bedroom is everything. Can’t wait to use the home again! :)

Our stay at the Hampton home was not like any other stay. This was our first AirBnB stay. Normally we stay VRBO. This showed me why. The house was dirty .. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and we spent our first day cleaning so we could at least be comfortable. The kids found used condom wrappers under the bed. The cleaning lady supposedly cleaned but the sheets smelled like they were already slept on. So we had to wash all the linens. The garage was full of trash and a car. So we could not park our car in the garage and had to keep the door closed because of the garbage smell. The house was really dark.. half of the light bulbs were blown or didn’t work. The stair way was the most annoying because of the safety of the kids. We were there bowl game weekend and the TV in the living room was broken. From “previous guests”.. which seemed to be Jimmys reason for everything that was wrong. I contacted him Day 1 about the alarm... he kept telling me I was not doing it correct, but on day 5 when we got completely locked out he gave me the correct door code. So in reality the alarm issue was his fault all along. After going back and reading some of his previous reviews I feel that he has not taken care of any of the issues.. the door still has a huge hole and the house needs a good deep clean. And repair of ALL the issues. I will definitely be going back to VRBO. He graciously refunded me $100 but only to save his rating. RENTERS BEWARE!!

This is a beautiful home that is perfect for large families. This is a true gem, with the pictures accurately depicting the space. The house is spacious, we had plenty of room. The property was clean and comfortable. Located in a nice, family friendly neighborhood, very quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants. The host was accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely book this place again! Perfect home for a large group! Thank you again for having us.

So my 20th birthday is coming up, and me and my friends wanted to have a staycation for the weekend to celebrate. When you're in college, getting to reserve an entire house in an area away from the city is PERFECT. This house definitely exceeded my expectations, was much bigger than expected (the master bedroom is HUGE), and was very clean. I felt very comfortable and at home while I was there and my friends and I created an experience we'll remember forever!

Very nice place, clean and tidy. The guide book was very attentive and there were reminders and rules throughout the home just in case. Bed was super comfy and warm, the shower was amazing. Just be careful not to lock yourself out of the front door by accident like I did, as it’s very easy to do! Other than that was a great stay and I would stay again.

Oh my, it was so worth being out in the country at Shea's. home. She & her husband made us feel so at home, and didn't mind our midnight arrival. Breakfast was a big help. Beds so comfortable. One of the best Airbnb's! Quiet, clean. We will stay here every chance we get!

Tara was the best. She really goes over and beyond to make sure that all of her guest feel comfortable. I was welcomed right from the start and feel like I'm part of the family now. I will definitely stay in touch with Tara, she is a great person. Probably one of the hardest working people I know. She also is a very good cook, she will cook a full coarse meal almost every night. The whole experience was great. I couldn't have gotten any luckier with my choice. If you bypass this home then its your loss. Thanks Tara for being so awesome!!!!

This place was amazing!!! Tara was very nice as soon as we arrived. The room was super comfortable and clean. The bathroom was really clean as well and I really like the set up of the room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable to sleep on and cozy. She also provides a small breakfast selection to enjoy. My stay at Horace's was great...AGAIN! All the comforts of home, away from home! Horace and his wife are the ultimate hosts and were sure to check with me to ensure I had all I needed. The home is not far from many of the shops and eateries in either south Clayton county/Lovejoy or the Henry/McDonough areas and major roadways. If considering a stay here, book it! You will not regret it!

Expect space! There are lots of rooms that people are probably staying in, but all around it is a very nice home. Comfortable couches, comfortable beds, and he even accumulated for me! Great host.

My stay at Bill and Marti's place was great. It's situated ideally for activities in Fayetteville. Additionally the location of the carriage house close to the pond and with the friendly animals made for a relaxing stay. I had to extend my stay and Bill and Marti were very accomadating.

Lesters home was perfect for 5 of us (married couple) and 3 single business partners. Having an entire home worked great. It was quiet and allowed us to relax after our conference each day. I would highly recommend Lesters home.

We had a great time. Lester was a great host and helpful. Their home was well accommodated and the area was very peaceful and warm feeling. The area was close to a lot of great eateries and one of my favorite shopping stores. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

What a wonderful, peaceful place for our family of 5. Quiet location, close to a grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. I wish the weather had been better, I would have loved to sit on the sun porch.

Such a cute place! I loved staying here and my dogs loved the yard! I spent the cool Georgia mornings sipping on coffee watching them run around the yard. Loved it! And close enough to the city to go in town for the day!

This place truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were great, the home was clean and the space was more than enough. Surrounding areas were beautiful with minimal traffic. It is 40 minutes away from Atlanta but the peace of mind is so worth it. Loved it!!!!

Loved this place . The host were great and so is the location not to far from the highway and many restaurants. I felt very welcomed in these ladies home. They showed me a lot of care and I always felt right at home. They have a lovely dog and a fish tank that keeps the place very serene. I would suggest this place.

Spacious basement in an amazing neighborhood. Approximately 40 minutes from the heart of Atlanta and surrounded by a variety of options from food to shopping. Very quiet area and perfect for children.

I highly recommend Eunice's place not only for it's excellent accommodations but also for the hospitality and great communication!

This house is located in a great spot south of Atlanta. There are plenty of restaurants less than 10 min away. The bed was more comfortable than my own, house was clean, and the neighborhood was easy to access.

Jessica was so hospitable and friendly. She showered me with warmth and kindness for the night. Thank you so much for the warmth that you showed me at my stay! It was very much appreciated. I would recommend you a thousand times over.

We were gone most of the time but really enjoyed having a coffee and relaxing in front of the fireplace before bed. Everything was clean and the hospitality was outstanding. Michael was always just a phone call away. He made sure we were taken care of and needed for nothing. The bed was comfortable and I felt right at home.
