Wir bieten eine kleine Wohnung (ca.50qm) für max. 3 -4Personen im 1. OG unseres ruhigen Zweifamilienhaus am Rande von Recklinghausen an. Die Treppe hinauf ist etwas steil, es gibt aber beidseitig einen Handlauf. Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Siedlung , umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City. Die Anbindung zur A2 und A43 ist optimal. Bushaltestellen u. Discounter sind ebenfalls in der Nähe . Kein Treffpunkt für Zweisamkeit !!Keine Besucher!! Keine Party!!

Modern apartment on the Haard

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.
