The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Wasserturm Cuxhaven

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The garden in southwest location offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxing hanging swing

The Wadden Sea nearby, with ebb and flow, every moment is different here, every day new. There is a lot to discover. It is fantastic by bike. The location is perfect for calming down and slowing down and we would like to share this place.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
