The entire property was an authentic stage set for the hit television show The Vampire Diaries for eight years. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

Less than a mile to Mystic Falls, Covington Square

Welcome to the Hollywood of the South. Home to the filming of Vampire Diaries, Legacies, Dukes of Hazard, Remember the Titans, and more. This mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance is walking distance to the downtown square which has restaurants, roof top bars, Bread and Butter Bakery, escape room, painting classes and axe throwing. Also enjoy walking trails connecting the suite to the downtown.
