At the same time, the apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station, so that Nuremberg city center can be reached quickly and without looking for a parking space.

We lovingly and elaborately renovated the charming apartment in June 2020 and created an individual space to feel good. Büchenbach has lots of nature, forests, meadows, a nice village life and some playgrounds, especially for families on vacation.

The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn station on foot. Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

Annex apartment Brombachsee Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Apartment in a separate outbuilding

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

Messe & Sightseeing in Nürnberg

From this ideally located place, you are in no time at all important places in Nuremberg and the surrounding area. With just a few steps you can reach the S-Bahn and are thus in Nuremberg in just 25 minutes. Restaurants & local amenities are also within walking distance. Even by car, you have all the cards in your hand, because in just a few minutes you are on the highway. Whether sightseeing or trade fairs, here you are ideally connected.
