Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes' walk), the city center / old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

Dear guests, The privately run apartment is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Altenboitzen, about 9 km outside of Walsrode. Altenboitzen impresses with its quiet location without main roads but still with a very good connection to the A27 highway in the direction of Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg. This self-contained apartment is ideal for use as a short stay, vacation or by arrangement for a longer-term accommodation or as a fitter's apartment.

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
