Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Der rote Bauwagen am Dorfrand bietet Behaglichkeit für deine Auszeit. Zeit zum Runterzukommen und um das einfache Leben in der Natur zu genießen. Schöne Wanderwege laden zum Entdecken ein. Hügel, Seen oder Wälder - du wählst. Der Bauwagen hält alles für eine entspannte Atmosphäre bereit: Waschtisch, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank. Im Doppelbett 1,40 cm oder auf dem gemütlichen Sofa kannst du dich erholen. Im Winter duschst du in unserer separaten Ferienwohnung warm. Der Holzofen hält dich warm.

Small but nice apartment in a quiet location

Our apartment is next to the Schmirgelwerk in Wanfried and thus exactly on the Werra. Ideal if you are a guest at the Schmirgelwerk, practical for cyclists but also ideal as a mechanic's apartment. The house offers a small garden with seating and a grill. Bed linen is provided. The apartment has a kitchen, stove, oven is there. The apartment is centrally located, short walks to markets and beer gardens. Quiet and cozy, and clean. Not suitable for allergy sufferers.

The cottage is quietly located between pasture and the edge of the forest, right by the Hoher Meissner hiking area. 7.5 km from the Heilbad Sooden-Allendorf an der Werra. On 60 m² there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a cozy fireplace and sofa bed as well as a well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Visit the beautiful half-timbered town of Wanfried in northern Hesse. Wanfried is located in the Werra-Meissner district and borders Thuringia. Here you can hike, walk, cycle, swim, canoe on the Werra or sit comfortably in a nearby beer garden. Our apartment is completely refurbished, equipped with a new kitchen and a new bathroom. Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
