Our home is in a single-family settlement and is quiet. You can park right in front of the house. A spiral external staircase with 21 steps leads into the apartment from which you have a beautiful view of the place and the elevator An der Finne. They come directly to the bedroom with three slopes and a skylight above the bed. Here you will also find the TV, a seating area (extendable sleeping chair) and the shower. A frosted sliding door leads to the kitchen-living room with fridge, dishwasher, cooking facilities (without oven) and wardrobe. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle are in the kitchen cabinet. A shelf with the current tourist advisors, children's books, a few games and some space for kitchen ingredients. Of course, with WELAN connection. My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In a 10-minute walk you can reach Lake Gröberner, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub-s, boats and flosse for a fee in the Waldressort. By bike you can explore the entire area from the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom to the Goitzsche. Also not far to Leipzig and Halle. You can reach the new FOC outlet centre in 25 minutes.

The holiday home, the Blechbüchse, is a stone's throw from Weimar's district of Landfried (15-20 minute walk to the city center of Weimar). The Landfried was popularly called the "Blechbüchsen Viertel" [Tin Can Quarter]. The residential area used to be a working-class district of the adjacent "Weimar Werk" (created from the former Gustloff works). In 2003, the tin can district was demolished. To commemorate this, our vacation home was named "Blechbüchse" (tin can).

Lakeside house

This place is available from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cottage is right on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we have 1 dog ourselves, which runs freely on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through the forest and field.

Experience Weimar? This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A small guest house in the 2nd Row gives you every flexibility and freedom. It offers accommodation for 2 to 4 people and is really in the heart of the city with a 500 m walk to the National Theater. Parking is almost always free on the street. Smaller supermarkets and bakeries are next door.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the vacation home. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. With two bedrooms, a kitchen and a terrace, it offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV are available. Parking is available. The first bedroom has a French double bed, while the second bedroom has two smaller single beds (1.85 x 0.7 m).

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
