The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Willkommen in meinem wunderschönen und charmanten 1-Zimmer-Apartment in der Saalestadt Halle. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, welche zudem Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus bietet. Tolle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Künstlerviertel Giebichenstein unweit der Saale und des Hallenser Zoos.

El Papagayo - Beautiful 2-room apartment in the Paulusviertel

The sunny and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Halle Paul district. It is located on the first floor of a Gründerzeit building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, with the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. Two children can comfortably accommodate two adults if they like each other very much.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

City Escape - Surrounded by Vineyards

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

The bright and quiet apartment (approx. 64 sqm) with underfloor heating has a bedroom with double bed, chests of drawers, large wardrobe. The bathroom is bright & modern with a rainforest shower. In the living and dining room there is a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large dining table, sofa/sleeper sofa and large TV with streaming options. In the corner there is also a fully equipped desk with 2 monitors + keyboard + scanner.

The apartment is quietly located in a side street, but still central - tram, cafés and shops are just a few minutes away. The nearby Hasenhügel invites you to relax on summer evenings: perfect for a picnic with a view of the Pauluskirche. The apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort and is ideal for city travelers, couples or solo travelers.
