When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side alley below the market. Pubs , cafes , shops and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m) , "island parking lot" (100m) or the "Seidel parking lot" (on foot 10 min) and in the parking garages (every 50 m away). Train stations or bus station within walking distance.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.

The apartment meets all requirements and makes it possible to explore the Weimar countryside and the cultural city of Weimar by short distances as a starting point. Due to the central location in Apolda, the car can stop on the closed grounds.
