Major shopping malls are no more than 10 minutes drive in any direction, and an unlimited number of restaurants are available to choose from. The 1000 square foot home is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house is extremely private, and has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cycling golf and hiking are close by.

The views from huge picture windows are gorgeous, especially to the north and west. Native plantings are of numerous indigenous and exotic cactus species, and other native bushes and trees.
