The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. We welcome you to our fully equipped 20 m2 studio for a pleasant stay in the municipality of Saint-Avé located at the entrance to the gates of Vannes.
