Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.

Note: the house is located close to a railway line, trains are rare but this can cause noise at certain times of the day. A practical and pleasant pied-à-terre to explore Southern Brittany!
