The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Entièrement rénovée, entourée d’un jardin clos de 2000m², elle vous permettra de profiter de la plage située à 4km et du havre de St germain.

Cottage on the edge of the harbor

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.

The house is located on a 550 m2 plot facing south. The property will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The house is equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Access to the beach is a three-minute walk, as well as local shops.

Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Mirabelle Gîte

In the heart of the village of Sainte-Mère-Église, a few steps from the main square, Mirabelle & Églantine is a fully restored 1800s house. You will stay there for an authentically Norman break. Its exceptional location will immerse you in the atmosphere of the 1940s. Nestled in the center of the Bay of Cotentin, you will appreciate the proximity to all services: shops, restaurants, entertainment, museum, walks, etc.

Nous l'avons pensé et aménagé pour vous créer un endroit confortable, fonctionnel et ressourçant. La vue sur mer depuis chaque fenêtre vous promet un spectacle changeant en fonction des marées. Sur le balcon terrasse, vous pourrez lire ou prendre un verre au son des vagues.
