The accommodation is located in a quiet and relaxing place. It will allow you to explore the tourist sites. Come and discover Brittany with its many landscapes and enjoy the coastline as well as Central Brittany. 10 minutes from the RN12 and Guingamp, 30 minutes from the Valley of the Saints, 45 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast, 45 minutes from the Île de Bréhat... you will be ideally located. The studio has a kitchen equipped with: fridge, stove, combined oven, kettle, coffee maker...

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Small fisherman's house

Pretty little fisherman's house tastefully renovated, full of character. The house is located on the banks of the Trieux in the small harbor at the bottom of the Goas Vilinic estuary. Your stay will be punctuated by the tides. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks along the towpath. Beautiful outings await you, such as the descent of the Trieux, beautiful hikes or a Paimpol Pontrieux trip in a steam train or the descent or ascent of the Trieux with the boat Le Passeur du Trieux.

Charming little stone house

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

In the heart of the village of Saint Jean Kerdaniel, a town located 20 minutes from the first beaches: Binic, St Quay Portrieux, Plérin Les Rosaires. Come and relax in this 2-room independent and renovated cottage in the old stable of our property. Ground floor: kitchen-living room with terrace access overlooking the garden; bathroom-toilet; closet. Floor: bedroom with office area; storage. Electric heating, hot water tank Smart TV, internet. Electric socket for vehicle.

Small student accommodation

Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30 m² composed of a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from September 20, 2025 to May 30, 2026. We only rent to interns, a student in higher education, students on a work-study contract. You just have to book a minimum of 5 nights for each booking, and for each booking request, you will need to provide proof of a school certificate.

Welcome to our wellness lodge on Plage du Palus in Plouha! In the heart of a natural area, on the dike, this small renovated 40 m2 fisherman's house and its seaside terrace welcome you in an exceptional and peaceful setting! Completely renovated and equipped, this accommodation has a real high-end wellness area: Nordic sauna, shower with bucket of cold water, massage bath... Everything is provided for your comfort. Just come with your swimsuit 😁

Gîte for 4 people 79 m², located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked. Old farmhouse renovated in June 2019. Large 800 m² garden and 300 m² gravel courtyard fully enclosed and secure for children. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, and the beaches of PLOUHA, (16 km) ST QUAY (21 km) Embarcadère ILE DE BREHAT (33 km). Hiking trail 300 m away, supermarket 6 km away in GUINGAMP, train station 8 km away.

Plouha, Saint Quay Portrieux, Binic, Pontrieux (little Breton Venice), the pink granite coast….

Bienvenue chez Benoît et Anne 😀 Nous mettons à disposition ce studio d'environ 30 m2, attenant à notre maison. Vous pourrez y accéder en toute indépendance. Nous vivons dans un quartier calme, dans une petite commune située à environ 10 minutes de la mer (baie de St Brieuc, côte de Goëlo). Nous mettons également à disposition une voiture à louer, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour plus d'informations !
