This beautiful apartment with underground parking in Saint Malo was located directly beside the beach - it even had its own private underground access to the beach!!! We will most certainly be coming back for a longer stay very soon.

Very well located accommodation allowing you to get around on foot. The plus is the private parking space. The accommodation is large and comfortable with a magnificent view of the sea 🌊 it looks like a watercolor painting through the window. We really enjoyed our stay and the children also loved it.

We booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. Its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the equipment to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house stays cool even in hot weather (except for the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Great stay! The place is beautiful, both inside and outside, very peaceful and welcoming. We were very comfortable in the spacious house: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, seating furniture for everyone in the living room and outside. The house is light and well airy. The house is well signposted with signs on the outside and the self check-in went well. The accommodation is close, by car, to several places we wanted to visit. Anne was very accommodating to our needs, responded and moved quickly if we had questions.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Beautiful location for this old house that has its charm. A very nice view from the second floor bedroom. Possibility to then do everything on foot and access the shopping street in 10 minutes walk. Friendly stay. Accommodating host for the departure time in low season. A small point to note, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. We appreciated the bouquet of fresh flowers on our arrival.

A lovely, cool and comfortable house. Parking right outside. The garden was particularly lovely at night with all the lights. Very restful and relaxing. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

Very nice studio for a weekend or vacation. It is very well equipped and very clean. Its location is ideal, we are in a quiet area while having all the amenities nearby. We can do everything on foot, which is very pleasant. The immediate proximity to the beach is a real treat. Isabelle is a very attentive and kind host. She was able to make us beautiful recommendations so that our stay went as well as possible.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.
