Very nice house for a base to visit Cotentin

The accommodation was very clean, very tidy and super functional. It has all the possible materials and equipment to feel at home and not miss anything. In addition, the location of the accommodation is in a quiet and ideal residential area because it is about 25 minutes' walk from the beach. Edith and Jean are very welcoming and kind. It is a pleasure to be able to discuss with them as they are endearing. Despite the fact that we arrived late, Jean was keen to welcome us for our check-in, which was really very kind of him. In addition, our dog was very well received. The sun was not necessarily part of it but if it had been present it would have been very pleasant to enjoy their beautiful garden which has everything you need for a bucolic rest. We highly recommend this accommodation for those who would like to spend a quiet and relaxing time near the sea with really lovely people.

We were very pleasantly surprised, the accommodation is well redone, hyper functional, spacious. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom large and pleasant. The children's floor with the foosball, the play area and the bedroom. Our kids loved it! Come on, let's find some negative points to be completely transparent: * Access to the accommodation via a large staircase, not very practical * The toilets are really tiny and with the door that opens in the wrong direction (inwards), which further reduces access (On the other hand, the suspended toilets are really practical) * Limited window shading. You'll be woken up very quickly by the daylight, not great for those who want to sleep in * When it's hot outside, the floor is stuffy when you go up (under the roofs) These points should not in any way put you off. I rent accommodation very often (with booking), it is one of the best "value for money" we have known...
