Il est situé dans un immeuble de 3 logements, accessible par une cour commune. Il est proche de toutes commodités, boulangerie en bas de la rue. Vous pourrez cheminer jusqu’au port et y prendre un verre en terrasse. Stationnement zone bleue et gratuit rue à proximité. Les bus sont gratuits en ville. La gare est à cinq minutes. La plage environ à 15minutes en voiture.
